hi all,
when manufacturers of studio amps like alesis, samson, and hafler post the power ratings of their amps, are they posting in RMS power or peak power? I know most consumer companies post in peak and most audiophile companies post in rms and peak - but none of the studio amp manufactures seem to want to post wheather the figure is a peak or rms figure. I'm assuming that an alesis ra100 is capable at riding along at 100wpc @ 4ohms all day. . . . am I wrong?
