Render Vocals In FL Or With Audition After?

I created my beat in FL studio and have my hook already recorded acapella.

Should i render it with the whole file or would i be better off adding the hook after using audition?
 
Mix in in FL first. I left you a comment on your track post to post the song on a streaming site.
