Render Human Speech

hey guys,

does anyone know of any programs that can render human voices through computer? (kind of like simpletext does with macintosh)? You type in what you want said, and the computer says it? Are there any plug ins that accomplish this?

Melody and Harmony Assistant ship with a plug in that does that. Hell, it even sings pitches and rhythms.

or you can just go to speech properties in the control panel and have microsoft sam do the trick
