Remote recording

Hey guys, I am trying to figure out how I can record my piano in pro tools for another pro tools user 400 miles away. I hear about the pros doing it all them time...I heard that you could remote your system together and it would be just like having working the same session together except over the internet...

Latency problems ?

You could save the files to a cd or usb drive and mail it to him.

You could upload the files to an FTP.

Or you could record your piano then take a ROAD TRIP...........
