Mesa Boogie triple rectifier has the most insane overdrive I have ever heard. Perfect for extreme metal. Yet you can roll off on the D and match up to almost any vintage overdrive you can shake a stick at. The palm muted crunches are punchy and tight even at super high volumes. Noise free!! Anyone has to laugh at that one right. See for yourself
