U could use it as a VST plugin in cubase or wavelab. I you want to just record your guitar doesnt guitaar rig have a function to record?

you could use it as a VST in Cool Edit Pro as well. Guitar Rig is a huge resource hog. I run a seperate PC for real time effects and espeically Guitar Rig.

Ok, now I have a stupid question.

I have a Tascam us-122 now, I plug my guitar in it, run Guitarrig... and it workt great.

Now on the otherhand I have Cubase SX 2 installed, recorded some vocals and soms guitar. But indeed, the guitar sounds flat and clean.

How the hell do I use guitarrig als a VST plugin thing? I've been runnig trough the manual, but there is so much in there.

By the way: This is het first time I use Cubase (normally I work with Audition), so I was kinda proud that the recording part workt directly :P
