Recording straight to CD - Tascam 2488neo

Hi all,

I'm getting ready to record a band competition and I would love some help. Is there a way that I can record a 30 minute performance and record it straight to a CD so I don't have to wait an additional 30 minutes for it to master?

Yes but it will only be a stereo recording and you had better get get it right the first time.

Do you have a CD recorder?

I'm pretty sure you can't record straight to CD on the 2488NEO. I know you can't on the original 2488. It has to go through the process of making an image file, etc....
