Recording Outdoors

I plan on recording a school choir singing the national anthem at a football game. What's the best way to get a relatively good quality sound, like mic wise and placement and things of that sort? I use an Mbox (protools).

I'd say you'd want to use some decent condensor mics, with some wind shields, get them overhead if possible
