Hello, need some help, I have mike all my drum, put a 57 mike in front of bass amp
And guitar, and one mike for the singer, running all into mixer, to cubase,
How can I get around mike bleed threw? I try running bass and guitar straight
Into mixer, but sound is all buzz, amp have no lineout!
You can see my studio at my profile
Thank you!

As long as you are tracking all in one room, you will have bleed. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. Record all at once, then each do over dubs and get rid of the original scratch track. That's one way to do it.

What 'mixer' are you using? Unless it has Firewire/USB capability to send each track separately, you are probably summing to stereo (2 tracks, 1 left and 1 right).
