I'M BLESSED.......
What is the best way of transferring Reason projects from my laptop to my desktop and/or Vice Versa?
My advice is to make sure that both hard drives are the same letter (if you are using slave drives)...helps sounds come up faster.
I use a Usb hard drive sleeve with an internal hard drive inside it to transport sounds back and forth from the pc to the laptop. Works a hell of a lot faster than trying to use CDs or DVDs with sounds on it.
As long as Reason can find where the sounds that your project used are at, should be no problem at all. That's why I would recommend the portable hard drive so all of your sounds are there.
Anything else, send me a PM and I'll help you out Trizz.

You can try saving the samples within rns file. It will make a larger file but if you ever misplace the hd you won't be without the sounds that open your file.

Nah, I'ts my bad!
I should explain myself better. Both my laptop and my desktop is equipped equally. I travel alot, so I tend to take my laptop on the road. I just started getting into beats, so I create alot of stuff in the air or in a hotel. The projetcs that have potential, I prefer to transfer to my desktop, which is my main studio.
I used to piece my music together in Sonar in the air, and mix it once I got back home, it made travelling easier, but I was going through too many Cd's. I know it has to be easier to transfer a project from one computer to another that is using the same system...............
