1. Your singer seems to be doing what I like to call "chickenhead vocals." In other words, the volume of the vocal track is all over the place, perceivably because he moves his head closer and farther from the mic. Particularly on the second track.
2. The first track was a little unbalanced. The intro was all sorts of "Under the Bridge," pretty, but still raw. Then there's this HUGE dynamic shift for about 12 seconds, and back to the intro portion for a verse. Its just a bit all over the place. Which isn't to say that strong dynamics shifts are bad, they're awesome. I think you might just wanna iron them out a little bit.
3. The intro had a quick sour note. Also, the intro was a bit long. The kinda thing that I'd appreciate at a concert, but not on record. This is probably a personal taste thing, so I wouldn't pay me any attention.
