Quick ?: Recording while using ReWire

When Sonar and Reason are connected using ReWire, every time I press play to "punch in" or just playback a particular section, the song immediately skips to the beginning and starts playing from there. Is this something you can't avoid because of the ReWire hook-up, or is there an easy way to fix it so it starts playing from where the play-marker is?

Sonar is gonna time to the data in the project, so try doing this, just insert a dummy audio track and record silence into this track (you can even mute it to make sure it doesn't affect playback). Then try playing the project from the middle, it shouldn't jump back to the start.
