quick question about soundblaster live

is the soundblaster live value card the one that comes with the software that turns voices into robots and male to female and so on? i saw my little cousin playing with something like this and i forgot to ask him.

There are lots of dictation programs out there, and that's probably what you're after. Some soundcard bundles might include some sort of dicatation software. I know the SB Live! Gamer came with some.

There are freely available programs on the net also. I think that the one I've used from time to time is called freespeak, but don't hold me to that title.
