Quick question about digital "buzz" on acoustic guitar recordings

Would VERY much appreciate it if you could answer this quick question. I'm recording guitar through a condenser mic and the recorded audio has a digital "buzz" to it. Any idea what might be causing this? It sounds fine when I listen directly through the interface. Recordings of voice also sound fine. I have also recorded lots on the past and this is the first time the issue has popped up. Trying a new XLR cable did not fix the problem.

Probably level related, i.e. guitar is quieter than voice. Post a clip as soon as you are able. We also need make and model of EVERYTHING!

Also describe how you are listening to playback. Headphones or monitors, size of room, whether or not the room is treated.

Thanks for the quick response! Really appreciate this. Link to a sample of the buzzy guitar file below. I am using an Mobile Pre Mk II with a Samson C01 condenser and Garageband as my DAW. A Macbook Pro 2015 as my computer.

EDIT: Playback seems buzzy no matter how I listen — headphones, straight out of laptop, etc. Room is just a small college dorm room, but it's produced fine sounding recordings in the past.

Just listening through a decent set of phones I only hear what appears to be some occasional buzzing from the guitar itself. And it sounds like string buzz. I don't hear any other kind if buzz but my ears are less than perfect.

Proximity maybe? How far away from the mic is your guitar?

It also sounds like maybe you are recording a little hot.
