[B"Isn't it possible to route the DXi interface through the Type 3?"[/B]
I don't know how to answer this in "StarTrekian" but no, it isn't... :(

And BluesMeister, excellent writing! LOL!!!! :D

...Mean while in the deep of the blue sea of Planet Argo, on Argo Naut sub shuttle 2.2 EXtra Large...

The Communication Control Chief known as Mezza enters the bridge...
"Lord Jaymz"
"Yes Mezza, what is it?"
"We've got a ping from outer space. I believe it's Captain Frank from The Enterprise asking about how to dance DiXie in Starship Type 3..."
"Excuse me, Mezza, can you explain it."
"Well Lord Jaymz, they realy want to dance DiXie in Starship Type 3..."
"Hmmm... they didn't get it clear. It's impossible to do such DiXie dancing things on the borad of the old Space shuttle family models. Not there, not even on their model Generation 9. They need Green Submarine to do so, or do the dance on their Home in Planet Studio."
"Well Lord Jaymz, seems like they have the Terratec Hyper Drive."
"It wont mean a thing in Type 3 unless they got Green Submarine"
"Okay Lord, I think I'll ping them for using their VS 2.74 and ask if that could help..."

(...PING!!!!)

Wow! Half an hour to type that...

Star Trek Episode IV

...On the bridge of Starship Enterprise, Capt James T Kirk is speaking with Capt Frank of the Homgenous Studebaker 2002 Cruiser Australis

"So, Captain Frank, these Terratec Hyper Drives, do you think they're better than the older Creative Hyper Drives."

"Well, personally I do - but of course there is a downside Jim..."

"And what's that..."

"There's no on-board audio chip. So the Missile Intergalactic Defence Instigator has no means of being heard."

"Well Capt Frank, acording to His Excellency Jaymz of the Planet Argo you may be able to use a Virtual Synthesiser to create the sounds. Had you thought of that?"

"Indeed I did Jim, indeed I did. But since I am now more than familiar with the operation of the more up to date Homogenous Studebaker 2002 Cruiser, I think it would be better to stay with the ship that I know. At least with the Homogenous Studebaker 2002 Cruiser I know it has built-in capabilities for synthesis."

"Well Captain Frank, I wonder how His Excellency Jaymz of the Planet Argo feels about that?"

"Jim, it's obvious that His Excellency Jaymz of the Planet Argo is very generous and helpful. His pronouncements have assisted many to navigate their way through the uncharted territories of the WalkCake Galaxy. I've never met His Excellency Jaymz of the Planet Argo, but we have communicated many times. I know he will not be offended if I prefer to remain with my Homgenous Studebaker 2002 Cruiser. I am very adept at manipulating the Missile Intergalactic Defence Instigator, and I'm sure His Excellency Jaymz of the Planet Argo would agree that under those circumstances, it's better to stay with what I know best and what I know works."

"Well said Captain Frank, well said. His Excellency Jaymz of the Planet Argo needn't be offended. So, where to now Captain Frank?"

"Well Jim, it's back to cruising the Western Extremes of the Australis Galaxy for me. There may come a time when I take command of one of those Sub-Shuttle 2.2 XL battle cruisers. When I do, I know who to turn to for navigational assistance, His Excellency Jaymz of the Planet Argo. Well, it's time I was leaving, good bye Jim."

"Goodbye Captain Frank."

(Both captains shake hands like old friends do. Captain Frank steps into the transporter, waves to Capt Kirk then disappears...)

(Fade to closing credits and theme tune)

"...Glad to know he made up his mind. I know he has a good reason to choose his destination. Maaan, I love a man in faith. He is one of the legend Meister in the Australis Galaxy. How can I be offended, instead, I'm proud to be the part of his long legendary story, journey thru the unknown musical galaxy. I have a strong feeling we will meet again in another episode. Different story, different universe..."

(whispering low) CU Cap'n Frank, We'll meet again... very soon ;)

Yes we will Excellency.

Somewhere in the WalkCake Galaxy, our flightpaths will cross and we will stop for a while to help the lost travellers as they struggle with the controls of their Sub-Shuttle 2.2 XL and Homogenous Studebaker 2002 Cruisers.

We will dispense advice with knowledge and humour.

And people will say, "You guys really need to get out more!". :D

But I like it here! :D

HBO wise.

I don't have any idea what are you guys talking about, but you guys gotta loose your Cakewalk, and start Adobe Premier to make movie :D

I'm not sure I do either Clemie :) But it breaks up the tedium of drawing pump casings and impellers all day. ;)

There really is a message in there. You just have to be a code-breaking, cryptic-crossword afficianado with fluency in Esperanto.

Any time you want some creative writing done, you'll know who to avoid...

Doesn't this response prove that Clemie's a girl, James?

Well... I think so, but I dunno. Clemie insists she's a girl, and Kramer believes Clemie is a guy...

Any word Clemie ?

Kramer had too many bad experiences with late night chats with o so-interesting-girls who turned out to be fat ugly naked men after 5 hours (when they turned on the webcam)

LOL :D

That's his problem, I think.

Ah, the good Dr Agon. Mmm, there seems to be more than a passing resemblance there to Gerry Garcia :) This IS a strange universe in which we live...

And I see Mr Spock is now Capt Jean-Luc Picard's right hand man. ;)
