Quantize menu- key editor

Hello,
I'm trying to set the quantize value in the key editor, but the quantize pop- up menu is greyed out and doesn't seem to work.. I'm using cubase sx 3, and this problem has happened recently. Would anyone know what the problem is?.. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall cubase but no luck.. The quantize length menu does work, it's just the quantize value that doesn't!

Maybe your time settings are on non-musical values, like frames or miliseconds? I don't know, could be?
