hello all i have an easy question..i have a roland 16 track and i want to record and get the same quality that is on the demo that is on my recorder any idea's how they got that great quality?

Sure, go rent some time at a studio and tell them to plug in your Roland instead of their recorder. That's how the demo was probably done.
I'm sure your looking for something more specific but your question is a little vague. Apart from good mics, performers and engineers who know their gear I'm not sure what kind of advice you are looking for.
