Purchasing E-prom For 788

does anyone know how i can order the e-prom for my 788 on line.i got an email back from tascam with price and purchasing obtions but i dont see a secure way of giving my credit card info to them to buy the update.is it safe to give the person who emailed me my credit card numbers?they dont give you a 1800 number for ordering which is what i would need to call California.any thoughts you have would be appreciated.
