Hey if you want to promote your electronic dance music, then start posting it on youtube because mostly people search on youtube. Recently I watched Serge Devant & Rachael Starr's "You and Me" official video.
 
YouTube is definitely becoming the place form music. There are, however, a lot of other options to promote your music online that will not cost you anything but time. After you put a video up you need to drive traffic there using social media, blogs, and your current following.
