If that were true you would have let this thread die rather than posting a filthy message to me.
You're right, unfortunately. I guess I have the same problem that you do - I try to be a good boy and ignore your inflammatory posts, and at some point my mind just snaps and I post a nasty response. The same thing happens with you - you try to ignore any posts about PMI/Alan Hyatt/Studio Projects/797 Audio until finally you can't stand it any more and your mind just snaps.

I'd put you on my ignore list (you'd be the first :)), but I'm afraid many threads wouldn't make any sense without your posts -it would seem like just a bunch of idiots railing against some mythical figure named DJL.

Have you noticed that most of the threads you get involved in don't have any significant content after your posts start?

In my expirience (which is admittedly limited), I have yet to come across a bad review of an SP mic.

I have and use regularly and like two b1s, a c1, and 2 c4s. I just wanted to point out that reviews are rarely helpful. I don't think I've read more than a handful of bad reviews ever. Even Behringer microphones are given good reviews.

DJ, you really are a fucking waste of space, but go right ahead and have your fun.

The reason why I posted those links was to show that in the past there have been a ton of PMI (Studio Projects) mic problem threads posted... I found all those links in just a few seconds and if sathyan was to do a search he would most likely find a the answer to his problem is a similar thread (everything from faulty clips to dead mics) and learn from it. I don't know why you and some of the others here want to drag this crap out and try to make more to it than there is rather than let it die and move on.... oh well, so be it.

And now your back for more. Go figure... lol.

so where are all these "stop the madness" posts when someone asks a question about a behringer product? lol we all know the madness that insues after someone asks about a behringer product...its starts with "dont get that, get this! behringer sucks." and then for the next 15-35 posts its a hating session.

Bloody hell, talk about giving the wasps nest a pisser!!!

Anyway just bought myself a SP B1* and looking forward to doing direct comparisons with the Berry B1, stay tuned.

* could not help myself too much of a bargain on Ebay.

That's true, I know from experience. And even though I have 'it' on my ignore list people often quote 'its' posts in their replies so I still see some of the filth.
It just won't wipe off. :D

I haven't seen any SP stuff on ebay, who was the seller?

They were sold by "pressredrentals" who had 5 brand new B1's at £10 less than Digivillage, I think they all went pretty quick.
I will PM you if I see any other bargains.

Tony

Thanks mate. The guys at Press Red are really good people as well, when I asked a question about C4s on Recording.org I got a PM within hours explaining what they were selling and telling me they'd cut the price to match Digital Village. Quality stuff - and they refund rental now if you decide to buy.
