Ok, this may be a simple situation for others, but i'm at a loss.
I'm using a Tascam FW-1804 audio interface, and I just recently got a Presonus Eureka Preamp. Here's the problem..... after talking to Tascam, there's NO way to route to my eureka during mixing, other than using Tascams only 1/4" stereo output.
So that leaves no output to my monitors. I have the ability to add compression and EQ while tracking via insert jacks, but I have no way of compressing or EQing with my eureka for busses or the entire mix.
I know how to set this up with my software, Sonar, so everything on that end is ok.
So here's the question..... whats the easiest way to add outputs to route to my eureka during mixing while my monitors still receive a signal? Do I want to use a patchbay? If so, how would I go about this?
Thank you so much.
