Problem with Behringer HA4700 Headphone Amp

As you can see i have a Behringer HA4700 Headphone Amp. I know Behringer isn't reliable and blah blah but it's all i have to work with right now. I have a problem with it though. The Right Channel is considerably lower in volume than the left channel. I know it's not the source because when i switch the wires around in the back of the amp, it's still the right side of the headphones that is lower. So i know its the headphone amp. Is there a way to fix this myself or do i have to get it serviced?

Most likely it will need repairs. My experience with equipment like that is that it is cheaper to replace than repair.
 
Is it this way on all channels? Is the balance control set in the middle for each channel?
 
It is this way on all channels and yes the balance is in the middle.
 
Hmmm, sounds like something's wrong with the unit. Was kinda hoping you could twiddle a knob and fix the problem. No such luck. I assume the st/2ch buttons are all set to stereo?
 
why not just adjust the ballace so the volume is equal in both sides?? at least till you get a new headphone amp....
