Pro Tools M-Powered Essentials

I'm buying a Fast Track MK2 and its bundled with pro tools m-powered essentials
i run Windows 7 Ultimate and hear the two aren't compatable or experience frequent problems
So i thought id sell the software as i'm already using Sonar, instead of wasting the registration
so i was wondering about how much would be a reasonable price for the software alone

PT M powered works a treat with Win 7 64, never missed a beat (Ihave full PT 8.04)

I use fast track pro and M-powered 8.0.4 win 7 64 bit and I don't have any problems at all just the audio suite that crashes when I preview something. when i bought the fast track pro, essential wasn't provided until I bought m-audio key studio and the configuration was some how complicated. but at the end of the day if you get the right drivers from avid website, you will strike goal with your software. and i dont think you can sell the software on its own as it needs a hardware to function but maybe 45 would do

Okay I run a 32bit Windows Ultimate
2GB Ram
2.3 GHz Pentium Dual Core
Am i okay?
Or do I barely scratch a pass?

Considering the only equipment that will work with PT-MP already comes bundled with some version of PT already, you might have a bit of a difficult time finding buyers for your copy of it.
