i have about 13 songs to mix in pt le and i want all the plugins to be the same on every song with the exact same paramaters. how do i copy all the plugins from one session and paste them into all of the others?

I don't believe that what you are wanting to do is feasible with Protools LE without a lot of work. What you could do is create a dummy session with all the plug-ins the way that you want them, then copy that session to the folder for a second session.
You can then assign the files from the Audio folder to the individual tracks in the dummy session. Unless you are using a lot of AUX tracks for your plugins, this is so time consuming that you would probably be ahead to just and assign the plug-ins.

Can't you just create presets for each plugin that's in the first song, then in each song after that, insert the same plugins into the correct place and call up the preset?

the easietst way to is to create a session template and import the tracks of the recording.
