Post a few in the MP3 clinic so we can hear what you are actually doing. Maybe a Fisher-Price recorder with built in microphone would be a better bet for ya... I just happen to have one for only $500. I'll even absorb the shipping costs. :)

How do I put songs in the MP3 clinic...I'll give some examples of quality and effects etc. I don't have a soundcard, but i could still do it right. I just have to write the cd on to the computer and then what, or is it not worth the effort...?

what software do you have right now?. If you are interested, I can send you an unopened (legal) version of samplitude project 5.5 THat I got free with a purchase. I don't use it cos I already have vegas and logic.

THat's if you don't have software already.
