Prices on Oktava MK 012

I have been searching the web for awhile now and have seen massive price fluctuations on these things. One guy was selling them for 100 bucks a piece ( I Didn't get to him in time) and I just found a guy who is selling 2 for 250.

The only thing is he lives 2000 miles from me. I know there was alot of quality control issues on these mics, do you think this deal is worth it? I am thinking it might be considering I have seen these mics for 250 a peice. ( and they are hard to come by)

I just bought a pair of Okatvas for 150$.

Sweet deal..... found them in craigslist but it was more out of luck
