Ok the songs are amazing. I could care less for the recording, but this girl is brilliant. One of the best female singers I've heard in a long time... the songwritting is stunning aswell. May i Ask... were these songs written by her? Lyrics and Music?.. or just lyrics?..

Also, where could I find more of this girls work?

Well first off I wish you cared more for the recording itself, that's why I posted it!! But as Kurtis Blow keenly pointed out, these are the breaks. As far as I know, these songs are all written by her, except Lil Sadie. All lyrics, singing, and guitar playing is Annalisa.

OK, time to go work out the other five songs. Then I'll do some final fixes on everything and have it all ready for ya to rip it up!!

ONE LAST QUESTION - if you listened to all the songs, please let me know what production style you prefer - the cleaner sound of Lil Sadie and True & Kind, or the more "interesting" production on the first three tracks. HERE WE GO!! Lo-fi vs. Hi-fi on this girlie??? Remember, it's TEN songs, I've got to keep the album interesting, with just 1 guitar and 1 voice. This project is really just for fun, we'll do more instrumentation next time.

Damn nice site. She deserves it. She has what it takes to thrive in this business. Her voice is so tame.

Not my thing but, I love female solo performers. It makes it so personal (from their point not mine). Gives it that from the heart feel. Best of luck.

try mic'ing the guitar with 2 mics, one aimed just down from the hole, one slightly more up towards the neck.
Pan them at 9 - 3 o'clock.
That way the vocal can come through the middle.
On the whole the guitar need a bit more low and, and less high-mid.
