Presonous blue tube vs. Soundcraft M4/8/12 pres

I owned both at one time, but I sold the BLUE TUBE and kept the Soundcraft M12. Soundcraft is much cleaner and more versatile. You will be disappointed in the Blue tube as soon as you hear a real preamp.

thats what I wanted to hear... I just won an M8 on ebay yesterday... I hear the mic pre's are extremely good for the money.

I'd stay away from those little Presonus half-rack units if I were you. I tried a heap of them out at one stage, and they all hissed like an angry little snake!
