Pre-Production Forum idea

Just Killing Time
This is just a thought I had.

I was wondering if anyone here, like myself, uses tablature/scoring software
such as Guitar Pro, Sibelius etc. to work out song ideas before they go to tape.

If so, I think it'd be a neat idea if there was a forum (or even just use the mp3
clinic) where we could post the tab files, midi files from the tabs, or even the
MIDI-audio from the tabs with tab pictures. That way, people could give some
opinions on song arrangement and ideas before it goes to tape. Kind of like
online pre-production.

Whaddaya think?

I was also thinking that if it was put into a separate forum, that people who are
still working out arrangement/production ideas could put their work in their for
some opinions on that side of things. Whereas the mp3 clinic as we know it could
be used for the mixing/mastering and overall sound of the finished product?

It's hardly used, so it could be. I don't see the sense in creating a board about technical aspects of tablature software. I mean, it would have like three threads. If it's a songwriting question, post it in songwriting.
