Hello guys...
I am finally going to begin recording. I have an EMU 0404 soundcard. I bought an M-Audiobuddy preamp, and I have a microphone and electric guitar.
It was suggested to me to get a power conditioner. The cheap one is 49 dollars. I was wondering what you think of this, if it is necessary... or if one that cheap isn't worth getting anyways?
I was told that it takes away the hum created within the computer... and I am not sure how that is done really.
