Hey, my new CD is out. Some of you have heard most of the tunes. You can hear samples here: www.cdbaby.com/rami4

I'd really dig it if a few of you can write a review on that page. Whatever you think of it...good...bad...ugly....Just a few lines is all I need.

I really appreciate it....and thanx again to everyone here for the help on this CD. Every one of these tunes was screened here and I got alot of great help from alot of you.

Man, you're amazing. I obviously posted so people would be aware that the CD is out, but wasn't trying to sell it to anyone here. Especially not you...I would have gladly sent you one for free myself.

That platinum status is one CD closer......ordered mine just now...

Rami - did you use Kunaki for this CD?

Thanx alot, Jerry. You're the man, man. Yeah, I used Kunaki again. The CD was printed, pressed, and shipped within a week.

Here's the text of an email I received just now about Rami's CD - pretty cool:

Your CD has been gently taken from our CD Baby shelves with
sterilized contamination-free gloves and placed onto a satin pillow.

A team of 50 employees inspected your CD and polished it to make sure
it was in the best possible condition before mailing.

Our packing specialist from Japan lit a candle and a hush fell over
the crowd as he put your CD into the finest gold-lined box that money
can buy.

We all had a wonderful celebration afterwards and the whole party
marched down the street to the post office where the entire town of
Portland waved "Bon Voyage!" to your package, on its way to you, in
our private CD Baby jet on this day, Tuesday, January 22nd.

I hope you had a wonderful time shopping at CD Baby. We sure did.
Your picture is on our wall as "Customer of the Year." We're all
exhausted but can't wait for you to come back to CDBABY.COM!!

RAMI - are you going to put these on iTunes? I thought I heard CDBABY can do that for you. Does it cost anything extra to do that? Just wondering....:)

Looks pretty cool! Only thing I see bad about it is it's CD-R, not glass mastered pressings... But FABULOUS for short-run.. Hmm... They even have a fulfillment engine... :) HMMMMM....

BTW, every retailer in America could take a lesson from Derek at CD Baby. They really know how to do it right.

Yeah, it is CD-r. That's the only slight drawback. But, hey....The difference in price was way too great for something my ears can't hear the difference from.
