"That's not a bad idea. And to think, at first I thought you were just another useless junior boy. We may have use for you yet around here, "decicated member." Make your mama proud."
Ugh...Well...Okay, Okay, I might as well allow you into one of our training courses. However, you are not allowed to display any paranoid tendencies while in the company of others, and you are not allowed to steal their cheeseburgers.
I'm proud of you, tho. This is your first step at reaching out and accepting your status.
Oh, Chessrock.. *sigh*
That you tug on my pigtails lets me know you love me...and who knows...you just might win my heart someday...
(Sorry folks...please ignore us...)
Well, the garage is often connected to the house, I think that makes it a part of the home. For instance, I think you can call basement recording either "basement recording" or "home recording". It qualifies as either. Most of us would probably like to have a good sounding and quiet environment for recording drums n' things. Very often we must settle for one (good sounding) or the other (quiet) and sometimes neither.
Realistically, we must make many compromises when recording at "home". Even in real studios, compromises are sometimes necessary. Unrealistically, if we all had the room, the mics, the gear and the budget of our dreams, I doubt we'd bother discussing a pair of $35 mics in a garage! But here we are doing just that...cool.
