I dunno, apl. I think it's possible... I suspect that Kafer is one of those musicians, like Ella, Segovia, Bix, Luciano..., that just sounds so good in real life that he'd sound that way with any mic or pre or room or engineering.This is way, way too good be recorded at home.

Thanks for noticing the lyrics, Timothy and Don...I think you're interpretations are good...I have other thoughts as well, but it's always interesting to know what other people get out of them...I think they are different for a pop song if just for the fact that there are no repeating bits!
