Learning, always learning
Hey guys. I know I don't normally hang out in here, since I don't create any music........as I suck and don't know how to play.
Ever since the whole Cave fiasco I've just been sticking to the Tascam and Analog sections.
Anywho, a buddy of mine and I are trying to put together a regular podcast that features music from independents, in the rock genre. The whole idea is to get exposure for the artists..............that and we get some really cool music.
Anyone interested in sending some music our way? Most of we have been putting into the episodes has been stuff I have stumbled upon in Myspace. I'd like to find some other sources for bands as well.
If all goes well and we start getting a good sized audience, I've got bigger and better plans that will be even better for the bands. I've got a friend from way back who formed his own band a year or two and is getting ready to release his first album. We've been swapping ideas and it has been nice getting some feedback from his perspective. I'm hoping that some of you will offer some honest feedback as well.
To check out what we have so far:

Go easy on us. It's just starting and we are learning as we go. It's a pretty rough idea of what we are trying to achieve in the end.
Thoughts anyone?
