I just purchased the Waves Native Power Pack and am doing some voice over work from home. One of my primary jobs is to read news for web streaming (encoded into mp3/.wma).

I also want to do some auditions from home AND do some voice demos (corporate and documentary). I'm using a Grace 101, Mbox, and a TLM 103. Any particular plugins in my bundle and settings that might be useful for what I'm doing? How can I "warm" the sound up?

Your voice should be warm enough with that setup. Besides, voice overs aren't really about warmth that much. Lay the compression on fairly heavilly, so you get a nice even sound. That's all I can say.

If you purchased the Waves bundle just for VO, IMO you spent way too much.

This one plugin will do a lot and really does it well

Voxengo Voxformer

Check out the Demo...

Voxformer and abit of Reverb is probably all you need.

Pristine Space is also a very nice reverb. There's a ton of free Impulses available.
