Can anyone recommend an EQ plug-in (other than Flavio's) that is known to be compatible with N-Track? I'd prefer a graphic EQ plug-in...

Other than hitsquad.com, where is a good place on the net to search for plug-ins?

why is graphic EQ what you are looking for?.....parametric gives you better control......not trying to change your mind, just curious.....

I'm used to working with graphic EQ's...it's what I'm comfortable with from a hardware perspective, and I don't want to reinvent the wheel (at least not short-term) so I'd hoped to find a software equivalent but so far, no luck. Thanks for the links, they will be great for future reference, but if anyone has a link to a good graphic EQ plug-in, please post it.

Thanks, J

You should really look into a 3 or more band parametric EQ. It's really not *that* different from using a graphic EQ, in fact it's easier AND you get more control. The reason you see so few graphic EQ plugins is that it just makes more sense to implement a parametric EQ in software (as opposed to hardware, in which a graphic EQ is much simpler).

Every track in n-Track is equipped with a 3 band switchable EQ. You just draw your little EQ curve...it's simple! Most EQ plugins work in very much the same way.

The only free graphic EQ plugin that I'm aware of is:

But I don't know how well it works.

I've never seen it. Where can I find it?

It's three little knobs under the volume slider and above the aux sliders on each track. Double-click one of the knobs to bring up the EQ options and an editable graph.

Kewl! I'll try it when I get home. Thanks!
