Can someone help, I have a Fender "The Twin", it has 2 speakers and I am interested in making another cab with 2 speakers for larger gigs. Now my question is- if you have a 100 watt amp do the sum of your speakers have to total 100 watts or can I build another cab with 2 100 watt speakers in it.
How does this work? Will it mean the speakers (cab) can handle the output with ease or will the amp be struggling to meet the demand of the speakers?

100 watts is the Maximum the speaker can handle. Read some of the other threads on wiring up the cabinets. Pay attention to the impedence (ohms). That is what is most important.
