That's a good idea. I'll talk the wife into it tonight and get some pictures of "rehearsal". Which is more like jamming with live mics. And indica. :D

You will laugh out loud when you see the majestic LPC studio. :p

My stuff is in such disarray, and so cheap no one would believe it....Well, except those who've heard me in action. :D
 
Good stuff... I'm getting the McCartney vibe as well... and a touch of Pink Floyd...

I agree that the crackle doesn't fit right... the piano and vocal is too clean...

Do you guys have a website... I'd like to read a bit more about you.

Man this song is great, I love the flute stuff that comes in at 1.10.
and the vox are just killer, you`ve really got the vibrato figured out.
In other word the guy who sings here is very talented indeed.

Ya, that's our fake "mellotron" sound we cooked up on the Juno. That's me singing - thanks for your kind words. It must be that you're not hearing the many many places I'm singing a little off pitch, or that it bothers me much more than you. To me, I have one of the most irritating voices I know, lol.

My wife and I just listened to Pictures of You - another great song guys.
We both agree that it sounds very 60's ? British.

She likes the vinyl effect - because it gave it an older flavor that she hasn't heard in a long long time. (Boy - how long has it been since vinyl was actually sold ?).

But I digress....

We also like your harmonies. The drums are fine IMHO - I like the snare sound you have and the way the high hat is just the right level. Good dynamics!

Another hit - thanks for sharing!


PS - love the instrument list you show on your bio - LOL
