Well here is the problem.......Whenever I pan a track hard right or hard left I can still hear it loudly on the speaker of which I panned it AWAY from. So then I went to my Sound Blaster Live settings panel and I put in the setting for 2 SPEAKERS only and I still had the same problem.....And yes, I was recording mono tracks. Does anyone know what the hell is going on???

Do you mean panning in n-Track or panning before the signal hits the machine? n-Track will by default pan new mono tracks dead center. It doesn't matter that you recorded it via the left or right channel of your soundcard. To pan it after it's recorded, do it either from the big mixer or from the individual track's mixer controls.

If you are having this problem when panning in n-Track, then I would make sure you're not monitoring in mono (see the playback VU meter) and also make sure that your physical cables are all working properly.
