Pa system

my bands lookin to purchase a used pa system sometime around the corner. Well probably need somethin like 600 watts bridged mono or so cause we play pretty loud. Were gunna need it for practice and for some small (100-150 people max usually) shows. I was thinkin about hookin my cheap behringer mixer into a power amp, then into some speakers. If anyone could guide me in a cheap power amp and some speakers thatll match it, preferably pretty loud, thatd be pretty swell. Keep in mind, ill be tryin to get them used.

Used Crown Powerbase2 or QSC RMX 2450 amp
Used Peavey SP-2 or SP-5 speakers
ART or Behringer or dbx dual 31 band graphic eq

You'll be rockin'.

Both Carvin and Behringer had some pretty good PA gear that doesn't cost a bundle. Most power amps will work. Speakers vary more. I have 4 different Behringer mixers and all work fine.
