Look you can go through all kinds of aggravation as a non-technical person dealing with this. I suggest as I have in other cases that you obtain a converter box that converts the signal both ways and has even been successful with the same model as this one from a previous customer that reported he got no output from a machine I just worked on.

Even if you get some connectors and work the +4 output to your RCA inputs the input which wants a +4dBm input and is 14 dB above the standard -10dBu tape deck level and so
you might not get enough signal going in. With the converter box you will have no problem at all. I have even installed these at New radio station I was building with other guys.
