T The Ghost of FM Banned Mar 7, 2015 #3 I don't believe the MX-50 and the 5050 are the exact same thing. Though they might well offer the same tape formats in the various versions they were available in. Also, the MX-50 is an older design, if I remember correctly? Cheers!
