Organizing a recording session

I have trouble keeping things oraganized when recording. Can any of you share some of your tips and habbits. Is there any place online that has tracking sheets you can download for free.

Keep the Pizza guy's number handy - Other than that, I'm short on time. However, here's my track sheet - It's made for either one song OR shooting through a series of similar tunes where not much changes...
