Total DVD numpty here! I have a short, 14.6M clip from my garden burned to DVD-R. I have copied it to my desktop (W10) but when I try to send it as an attachment the file "splits up" to several parts. How can I send the whole lot please?
I did find that I can send just 'VTS_01_1(1)' and that plays for the recipient but for instance, I cannot attach that file here, "wrong extension".

Dave.

Dvd format is a sequence of individual files, linked by the menu system, so you need it to just be a normal .mov or .mpg file to send it in a playable form. Dvd data format is ‘normal’ but video dvds have that weird format with lots of files.

I use Handbrake to convert DVDs to MPGs so that I can put them on my tablet. A full 2 hour movie takes about 2 GB, so my 128GB microSD card has about a dozen movies on it, plus several seasons of Big Bang and Friends. Just enough to keep me occupied on a 4 hour flight.

+1 for HandBrake
