organ capacitors

I would like to replace the electrolytic capacitors in the pre-amp of my old Doric combo organ from the late 60s. However, the capacitors seem to be the original italian ones from that era and the polarity of the leads is indicated by a red side and a green side. Does anyone know which would be positive and which would be negative?
