Alright, Alright, I've previously posted some of my "CRAP"...& I been workin' to figure out what my issue is, & I'm still stuck at the melody I can make some pretty cool, basslines & what not, but the melody is such a blah to me, I can think of cool melodys just can't choose the right sounds to make them collab with the bassline, SO, I made a pretty sweet beat, & I thought well, I'll leave the "Melody" I put in, & Have everyone here, opinionize & tell me what I could do to make it better, or what I should do for a melody, or just opinions over all, SO! here I am, doing just that... Here is the link, enjoy & DON"T FORGET TO COMMENT!!!...:) Thanks in advance..

Maybe you just dont have the right sounds to make what you hear in your head. That was my problem for a while...invest in some GOOD sample cds and your beat game will step up.

Like Crunk said, new sounds will sometimes spark your creativity, but sometimes you just have to struggle through it. You may go through 50-100 different combinations before you find the one that's just right, or sometimes the right combo happens the first time you try it. Sometimes you may have to put the track aside for a couple of days and start something new, and then come back to it. As you work through trax yourself, the more you make, the more you began to know what goes with what. For me, after many years of producing, it comes a little easier, but like I said that's after many years of struggling through sub par beatz, creative block, and rejection. One thing I gotta tell anybody who really wants to do this production thang, first and foremost it take a lot of patience. That's why a lot of people don't make it to the end. You need to really become a student of the game. Began to listen to other people's trax and analyze patterns, the instruments and sound they use, and at what volume level the sound are at. If you are patient and dedicated. You WILL get better, and it WILL come to you easier. Check my site and analyze a few trax on there. Hit the link below.

Ok, Thanks to the both of you for your comments, quite helpful indeed, I will run throughout all the sounds I have & see what combo's I can come up with for the melody, Once I work it out, I'll repost it, & see if I got a "hit" :D, But. It might take a week or even longer, Most likely because of a busy upcoming schedule, but for the patience factor, I will have patience to a certain extent, & then I push it to the side for a couple days like you said.

But I'll work on it & See what I can come up with, Then I'll re-thread the new and improved song. Thanks again. :)
