I only recording vocals as of right now using Sonar LE 8.5 to get a grip on using Sonar before making the leap to X1. I love the program - And I also have a question in Audition 3.0 as well.
First. Recording in Sonar LE. I am using Cakewalk UA-25 EX as a cheaper interface (formally known as Edirol). Everything is hooked up beautifully. USB connected and my main Output plugged into my Line-In (so I can use my speakers) jack on my computer.
Sonar is set to use the UA-25 EX as an input and output. Playback and recording works. But I am only recording in the left channel?
I can set a second track in Sonar LE to record in the right... Stereo R In and Stereo L In. Would I do this, or record two tracks in Mono and pan them far left and far right?
Anyone else got any ideas?
