If I could make a friendly suggestion, try posting a link to a streaming site (like Soundclick, etc.). I think you're much more likely to get people to listen if they can hear the song instantly with a few mouse clicks, rather than having to download a 30MB file.

I think it sounds good. There seems to be a bit of a bump in the vocal track that makes it a little harsh, but not terribly.

I would say it sounds a bit cluttered, but Oasis has a very cluttered sound to all their songs, so I don't think it sounds more cluttered than the original.

I used the same instrmentation as the original, so it is cluttered like theirs.

Not true...if you're that concerned about it, try it as a 320mp3. I can't tell the difference between a 320 file and a wav file, and I'm pretty picky. It'd probably be 1/3rd of the size.

Pretty cool mix...I thought the mids were really scooped in the vocal, making it difficult to make it out. I don't think it's a volume thing. It's a weird vocal sound. I liked the guitars...the kick sound is different...almost like a low tom with the amount of ring involved...not bad though, and I haven't heard the original, so it may be accurate.
 
Well done! I was expecting Liam's voice to come up then remembered this was a cover =)

The vocal seems just a bit hot, as someone mentioned already. Just a very bit dialed back I think will fit better. I think even then, it's being nit-picky.
