Beautiful sound. Nice and moody, I love that.

*thinks he might buy some mc012's today...*

:) thanks for the comments guys

that sounds fun collaborating with the same equiptment :) interesting!

im just using my mackie 1402 for a mic pre.... i was going to get an avalon, but I need to save up a little more to get it. maybe next year.

thanks track rat for passing the info to JR .... yes I love my set -- took a couple weeks for shipping, but well worth the wait!

nice!

oh, i wanna hear much more of this! what can i say? i really like the sound of nylon guitar almost anytime i hear it played well. sounds great.

my only feedback is that i don't like the sound of the keyboards. but that's really a subjective topic as i'm sure everyone else does. i just think that guitar sounds so organic that the synth feels really synthy in comparison.

J,
oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, super. check out "jesse cook" if you haven't already. your newly aquired nylon talent reminds me of him. please do more.

This is a pretty darn nice sounding piece.. well played.. that reverb was excellent.. perfect resonance... not too much , not too little. There's only one "quirk" that I noticed.. there's something going on in the low end... some kind of "buzz". Is that the low E string? It's the only "less than great" thing aboot this recording.. otherwise, it's really nice..

oh yeah... and stop fading it out at 1:07... that's just wrong... :p

(P.S. I second Jesse Cook.. I got one of his CD's and it rocks.)

since everybody is chiming in on Jesse Cook, I'll give a nod to the guy... I"ve got all of his CD's and they're all excellent. Another killer CD to check out for kick ass nylon string is Flamenco a go go by Steve Stevens!
