i had it all planned...my shopping list was sorted, the money was almost saved and then this happened...i got confused!

i was thinking about purchasing:
emu0404
m-audio dmp3
and studio projects b1
... plus cubase

but i came accros the lexicon omega...it seems very good value...but i haven't heard much about this product...anyone got any opinions??

What you thought about purchasing orginally, is probably the way to go, i haven't heard the pres on the lexicon, so i dont know what the quality is like. Also Cubase LE is very limited, and thats why i'd suggest going with Cubase SX3 (with your other setup).
